1 Semi-gantry Crane Brief introduction:
a. It is a middle or small crane, used with CD,MD type hoist, travelling on rail.
b. This product is a regular crane, widely used in mechanical processing workshop for materials handling, outdoor place and warehouse for loading and unloading.
c. Under-beam has professional reducer,which can make the operating space bigger for homework.
2 Features:
a. Semi-gantry crane forms a complete set with electric hoist.
b. It is the best light crane, which is used both in multi-wind are and workshop for inside and outside.
3 Technical Characteristics:
a. The limiting size is the lowest between the top of crab and the track of trolley, 20%-30% less compared with traditional products
b. It has herd-tooth reducer, imported wire-rope and trinity drive.
c. It is equipped with such protecting devices as alarm device to overloading.
d. Obliquely hanging second protecting equipment preventing hook protection to gantry hoist.
e. The electric controlling can be used more than 2 million times when the voltage is 380v +5 ~-10%.
4 Working Conditions of Semi gantry crane:
Working ambient -25°C~+40C, moisture ≤85%, altitude below 1000 meters, power supply 380V, 50Hz, 3phases (Adjustable according to customer's different requirement).
5 Application of semi gantry crane design:
a.This is single girder semi-gantry crane which uses electric hoist as the lifting mechanism.
b.Applied to outdoor place such as station, wharf, warehouse, yard, construction site, cement products factory, mechanical and structural assembly plant, hydropower station, etc. for lifting, transporting, loading, etc.
c.Forbid to use in the conditions as easily combustible, explosive, corrosive (acid, alkali, plating, steam, etc.).
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying;
2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.
